Refund and Returns Policy
At Robust3D Zone, we maintain strict quality control for all 3DKordo filaments and related products. Returns are accepted only within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that the returned products meet our eligibility criteria. To be eligible, the filament must remain in its original vacuum-sealed packaging, which must not be opened, punctured, or tampered with. The spool should be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging. Any attempt to return opened, used, or damaged filaments will be rejected.
To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team within the 3-day return window, providing order details and photos of the unopened product. Once the return request is approved, the product must be shipped back through Aramex or another approved method as instructed. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, except where the product is defective upon arrival. Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been inspected and verified to meet the return conditions. Refunds are issued via the original payment method and may take 5–14 business days to reflect, depending on banking processes.
Products that are non-returnable include those with broken vacuum seals, used spools, or items damaged due to improper handling or storage. Discounted, promotional, or clearance items are also not eligible for returns unless defective.
