Shipping charges are applied based on the actual rates provided by Aramex and are calculated automatically at checkout according to package weight, dimensions, destination, and chosen service type. We do not provide free delivery. Customers are notified of the exact shipping cost before completing payment.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT+4) on business days are typically processed the same day, while orders placed after this cutoff time or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day. Estimated delivery timelines are generally 1–3 business days for domestic UAE deliveries, 3–7 business days for GCC countries, and 7–14 business days for international shipments. These timelines are indicative and may be affected by Aramex operational schedules, customs clearance procedures, or other unforeseen factors.

To ensure smooth delivery, customers must provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information. Any failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in additional shipping charges. Once a shipment is handed over to Aramex, tracking information will be shared with the customer to monitor the progress of the delivery.
