Return and Refund Policy – Robust3D Zone Online Seller
1. Right of Return (14 Days)
Customers may return an unused product within 14 calendar days from the delivery date if:

The product is in its original, unbroken vacuum-sealed packaging

All original labels, batch identifiers, and accessories are intact

The product has not been used, tampered with, or exposed to humidity
Once the vacuum seal is broken or the filament is partially used, change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless the product is defective.
2. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If a product is defective on arrival or does not match its description (such as severe tangling, inconsistent diameter, moisture contamination, or transit damage), customers must notify the company within 14 calendar days of receiving the order via info@robust3d.com and provide:

Batch number printed on the spool

Photos or videos showing the defect

Brief explanation of the issue
For defective products, the company may choose to:

Replace

Refund the product
including all related shipping costs (outbound and return).
3. Return Procedure
Before sending any return, customers must contact:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

For defective products, return shipping is covered by the company
4. Inspection and Refund Timeline
After the returned product is received:

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days from approval
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
For Cash-on-Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer to an account in the customer’s name.
5. Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled anytime before dispatch by contacting:

6. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:
