Description

Everfil™PP based on polypropylene (PP), is a flexible and lightweight printing filament with excellent chemical resistance properties. It is characterised by its low density, high fatigue resistance and excellent shock absorption ability. Its hydrophobic properties make it resistant to water and most solvents, as well as to salts and acids. Everfil™PP is also highly resistant to deformation under continuous tension, making it one of the more flexible filaments available on the market.

Applications

  • Packaging– Its chemical resistance and hydrophobicity make it ideal for producing various types of containers, bottles and packaging, especially for food and chemical industries.
  • Car parts – Thanks to its flexibility and resistance to chemicals, Everfil™PP is often used for automotive components such as fuel tanks, interior parts or covers.
  • Construction applications – Its resistance to water makes it suitable for manufacturing components used in water systems such as pipes, connectors and valves.
  • Sports equipment – Due to its lightness and flexibility, Everfil™PP is suitable for producing helmets, protectors or swimming accessories.
  • Medical applications – Its biocompatibility and resistance to disinfectants make it suitable for manufacturing medical instruments and devices.
