Everfil™ PLA CF is a high-performance filament based on PLA, reinforced with carbon fiber to enhance stiffness, strength, and dimensional stability. It combines the ease of printing of standard PLA with improved mechanical performance, making it suitable for more demanding applications. The addition of carbon fiber results in lightweight yet rigid prints with a premium matte surface finish. The material offers low shrinkage, minimal warping, and excellent layer adhesion, ensuring precise and consistent printing even for complex geometries. Compared to standard PLA, Everfil™ PLA CF provides better rigidity and structural stability while maintaining user-friendly printability. Due to the abrasive nature of carbon fibers, it is recommended to use hardened steel or other wear-resistant nozzles for optimal printing performance.
