Description

Everfil™ PLA Mineral is a mineral-enriched filament that offers exceptional mechanical and visual properties. Thanks to the content of fine mineral particles, the material features significantly higher stiffness, lower shrinkage and excellent detail reproduction. Models printed with PLA Mineral have an exceptionally smooth, "chalky" surface reminiscent of plaster or ceramics. This filament is particularly recommended for printing parts that are intended to look sculpted or cast - great for architecture, art, design or the production of replicas and mock-ups. In addition, its increased weight makes models more "realistic" in appearance. Similar to standard PLA, Everfil™ PLA Mineral is easy to print, does not require a heated chamber and can be used on most printers.

Applications

  • Architecture and spatial models- Everfil™ PLA Mineral is ideal for creating mock-ups, urban plans, building models and other spatial structures due to its rigidity and high precision printing.
  • Sculpture and applied art- The smooth, chalky surface makes the material ideal for creating artistic models, plaster imitations or decorative pieces.
  • Design and industrial design- The filament is recommended for prototyping highly aesthetic forms that are intended to resemble ceramics or stone - such as in the design of furniture, light fixtures, handles or housings.
  • Printing of figures and replicas- Everfil™ PLA Mineral allows you to achieve a raw sculptural effect, making it an excellent choice for creating busts, historical figures or scenic details.
  • Educational and museum models- With the right weight and surface finish, models made from Everfil™ PLA Mineral reproduce well the features of original exhibits or teaching objects.
