Description

Everfil™ PETG CF is an advanced technical filament based on PETG copolymer, enriched with an admixture of carbon fiber. Thanks to this, the material combines the high chemical resistance, stiffness and ease of printing of classic PETG with additional mechanical properties due to the presence of fibers. Prints are lighter, stiffer and more resistant to deformation, while maintaining excellent surface quality. Everfil™ PETG CF is characterized by low shrinkage and good interlayer adhesion, which allows precise printing of even large and complex parts without the risk of deformation. The filament is less brittle than pure PETG, more resistant to high temperatures and is ideal for printing technical and functional parts. Due to the presence of carbon fiber, it is recommended to use nozzles made of hardened steel or other abrasion-resistant material.

Applications

  • Technical and engineering parts - Carbon fiber reinforcement provides high stiffness and mechanical resistance, making the filament ideal for printing functional machine parts, handles, guides or supports.
  • Elements subjected to loads - Everfil™ PETG CF is chosen where standard PETG does not meet strength requirements - for example, in mechanical structures, working housings, fasteners.
  • Utility and test prototypes - Thanks to its dimensional stability, impact resistance and high surface quality, this filament works well for creating durable prototypes and functional models.
  • Parts for outdoor use - Everfil™ PETG CF is resistant to moisture, UV radiation and changeable weather conditions, making it suitable for use in printing components used outdoors.
  • Automotive and industry - Excellent for producing lightweight yet rigid parts used in vehicles, equipment housings, assembly equipment or auxiliary tools.
